The cafeteria space in the AT&T Tower will soon be home to Nature’s Table. Pamela Smith, a spokeswoman for Elad National Properties, which owns the tower, said the ownership is auctioning off the old cafeteria equipment this weekend to make way for the new eatery. Smith said the equipment has to be sold so the tower can start demolishing and building out the space for Nature’s Table. She said she expects the restaurant to open in August. New Mexico Heart Institute has signed a 4,000-square-foot lease in Rio Rancho Executive Plaza.
